for the past 2.5 years, my caseload in adoptions has been approximately 25 kids at any one given time (which is on the higher end of the spectrum). and for the entire 2.5 years, i have had mostly therapeutic kids with lots of needs, sibling groups, and other hard to place kids. so [...]

this week was fairly emotional. this emotional rollercoaster has adversely affected my fibro flare. you name it, muscle cramps, spasms, pain, blah blah blah, whine bitch moan. so today i slept like a bitch. and cleaned the kitchen. (but not the floors yet, those come later)
