yay!!!! the doctor signed my form!!!!!!!!!! actually i found out this tidbit last night, but today they’re actually going to fax it to the HR dept. sweetie’s at physical therapy, o.m.i.l. is at the hospital visiting louie… and i am blissfully home alone.
