as i drove up to work this morning, i saw this groovy turtle making his way across the parking lot towards the grassy area behind the office. by the time i grabbed my camera & got over to him, he had made it to the grass. he chilled out & let me take some pictures of him.

this fabulous little spider has been living on my car for almost a month now. my license plate is inset on the back of my trunk. the spider spun a web in the hollow and has been hanging on for weeks now! when i have to get into my trunk, i open and close it slowly so i don’t shake the web too much. i checked to make sure it was all still intact after our crazy rainstorms today. still hanging in there!
